With more than 13 years of experience in property management, David Patino has successfully led and managed residential and commercial portfolios across California, Arizona, Georgia, and Florida. Throughout his career, he has served in key leadership roles including Regional Manager, Executive Director of Management, Accountant, and Chief Financial Officer (CFO), bringing a unique combination of operational, financial, and strategic expertise to every organization he serves.
